It's pretty stupid bause you wind up having to spend 90 energy if you mess up and let it drop at any point (whh is likely to happen at least oe during an already energy-starved sp). 30 energy every 30 sonds is really pushing it even when you get a lot of FA prs. The bleed-removal efft is "useful" in PvP, but if I'm going to PvP on a regular enough basis where being able to remove a bleed would be even remotely useful I wouldn't be deep enough in Assassination to get HfB in the ...

Still, seems like it might be a worthwhile pie of gear to pk up. I am still sad my handwraps of preserved history are getting nerfed, for blue gloves they were pretty dent in terms of overall stats.
