Bullseye at 1.80 Speed. Why? Because with a BM spec that will be greatly reduced, and you will be pumping out arrows very very quickly. It's nice for pvp to be able to interrupt any caster with your arrows alone, not to mention your pet will be constantly on them. There's no way they can cast anything but an instant cast spell out.
