I rently hit 70 on my main and wanted toreate a support alt. I had a question about there being alot of +healing gear in the game to be a good healer. I wanted to know if druid or paladin would be better also. thanks
Well what im doing now seems like a good idea imo. Im getting a seperate set of gear with all +healing. weather it belothleather or mail for instaes where my survivability isnt an issue. and another set of all mail with alot of stam and intelt for soloing and pvp. But i think a better idea would be lvling enhaement and going resto after 50. Youan still main heal most instaes with a high intelt before then. after 50 instaes start gettint less tank and spank and a non healing sp wontut it. well thats my 2ents. gl
I have a buddy with a holy pally and he rks. It's insane the number of heals theyan throw and how fast theyan throw them before running out of mana. However Shammanshain heals are to easily dismissed.hain heals are the most mana effient heals in the game, and they hit multle targets whh no other spells do eept that aoe druids have. Thesean be very useful as youan heal an entire melee group by throwing ahain heal at them or ve versa aaster group. They work great when players arelose together but a big waste if there not. We also get Earth shield whh is an amazing spell for tanks. Youast that on them and until it runs out or unless he's getting really beat on you don't even have to heal him anymore. You also get mana-tide whh is 400 or so mana a tk for 10s (totem). Whh is a very very neast for theaster group and healers. I personally only have my pally up to 19 so I don't know what there spells or potential really is but Shamansome with Mana-tide, Earthshield, andhain heal. Do I think ones better than the other, not really. I have seen good pally healers and bad pally healers and same goes for Shaman. So it's pretty mh up to you. And to answer your original question yes there is lots of healing gear in mail just most of it's all 50+ as mentioned.
